Parking/Access Road Notes: The trailhead conditions have changed a bit since the trail guide was written. Park at end of pavement. The trail enters the woods between the two new houses about 130 yards from the parking area.

Water Crossing Notes: No difficulties

Trail Maintenance Notes: All the trails in good condition. Very few blowdowns.

Dog-Related Notes: All trails easily navigated by dogs. Not much water. Be sure to carry some.

Bugs: Lots of black flies between Piper and Swett. Lots of ticks.

Comments
Comments: Beautiful views from the top of every mountain. You do have to climb the tower to get views on Belknap.

The footing is generally speaking fairly smooth. Lots of solitude out on those mountains.
