Black flies are out and biting. Not terrible, but enough to stop me from loitering. |

Other than the normally wet area near the trailhead, the Mt. Major Trail (aka Blue Trail aka Main Trail) was dry and a bit dusty. Nice views with the deep blue lake in the foreground. Leaves are popping out in the lower elevations. |
