fog threatened to lift so figured I would give the high point a try. beautiful woods with barberry and blueberry undergrowth. quite attractive . the last couple of hundred yards a fairly steep scramble in spots with several switch backs incorporated as well. rocks were damp from the ever present fog but sure enough on the northern edge of the ridge there was a patch of sun an a very limited view to the rugged coastline below. nice day out |
