if you are heading to BSP, do yourself a favor and do this mountain. the climb for the last mile or so is steeeeeeep, and the view could be the best in the park. ditch the crowds. 2nd year in a row i managed to not see anyone. i understand if your headed there for katahdin, but leave yourself some time to explore some more parts of the park. BSP is a magical place and this spot is up there on my favorites. pics on my mountain hub |
