Quick hike before heading home which ended up being a bit tougher than expected due to post holes! Lots of traffic on the trail from Saturday but all but one were barebooting and chewed up the trail. The snow was hard from the night freezing all the post holes so it wasn't possible to wear snowshoes. Just watched foot placement and headed up without adding to the post holes. Still a great little hike with some nice views from the trail, other views are available if you head down the carriage road at the top for a bit. |
