Comments
Comments: This is the 2988 peak between Bear Mtn. and Mt. Carlo.

I followed the road for a considerable distance along the brook. I got to a point where the road was mainly going north, I had a view of Carlo, and the peak was to the east. I began to bushwhack in hard-wood regrowth and swampy areas, hitting off and on roads and cuts. As the slope got steeper, the woods opened up. Near the top things got thicker with a bit of blowdown. The highpoint it recognized. I took a similar route down.
