Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The one on the AT was a submerged rock-hope after yesterday's rain. The ones on the bemis valley were a bit tricky too, but no major issue.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The AT is in great shape; crews were out working today. The Bemis valley trail has some blowdowns and tight corridor. Logging has turned a big chunk of the lower section of trail into a skid road. There is a cairn right after a blowdown (when descending) where the trail leaves the road.

Comments
Comments: This is a really cool ridge with a lot of up and down. The rock was slippery today, so the bemis valley trail was a perfect escape.
