Water Crossing Notes: All of the water crossings were very doable despite 4" of rain over the previous 2 days. The section of trail after the second junction with Coe Trail had running water on it, so much more difficult to keep your feet dry.

Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns between the pond and the second junction with Coe Trail

Bugs
Bugs: Didn't notice any during the hike, probably because it was drizzly.

Comments
Comments: Hiked up Marston Trail to North Brother with my son to complete my final Maine 4000 Footer. It was cloudy and damp and there had been a lot of rain the last few days so the trail was wet, muddy and slippery. Otherwise the temperature was fine and there was hardly a breeze so the climb was quite pleasant. When we got to the summit the clouds parted for a few minutes and we got a fine view of Katahdin. We saw a couple on the way down but otherwise it was quiet. I'll have photos, a video and a full trip report up on the blog.
