Comments
Comments: What a great peak to end the day on. Number Four Mountain Trail is a nice piece of work, utilizing portions of the old tower road, but mostly switchbacking on new trail, rising at easy to moderate grades all the way up. Tower is in good shape (no cab, though i did find the roof in the woods), and I was able to climb up to cab level, where the views were astounding. Saw two folks on their way up as I was descending. Rounding out a great day on the east side of Moosehead Lake!
