Comments
Comments: Wanted to do some spring hiking without ice and snow. Seeing that Route 113 was open I opted to hike from Hastings to Moriah Brook via the Highwater Trail, also hiked a section of the Shelburne Trail up to the Wild River Wilderness sign. Saw no hikers but there were some people at the new bridge enjoying the beautiful day. The sky was clear and the temps ranged from a cool 30 to a very nice 70. Good views through the leafless trees. A great day to be in the woods.
