Comments
Comments: Limited views but very gradual, easy though long way to bag this peak alone since we already did S. Crocker and Redington, and the hubby hated that semi-rotted 2nd bridge on Caribou Valley Road in our Honda. Odyssey. Loved the little "2000" laid on the trail in sticks & rocks - ? Marking the 2000th mile on the AT perhaps?

Rime ice for the last 0.5 toward peak which was tricky on a small steep section - I used spikes on descent but the other 3 navigated it just fine.

Bummed by the limited views on this otherwise clear and glorious, albeit cold, day. Trail was very sheltered from the wind. But, there's rarely a bad day on the mountain and we are so psyched to be narrowing in on our NE 67 with our autistic wonderboys-#62 today!
