The eastern most mountain the White Mountain National Forest, Albany also has one of the nicest trails around too, thanks to the dedication of the volunteer trail maintainer and helpers. Many old washouts and mudpits are gone.
Beyond the highpoint, there is a cairned herd path which leads to the fantastic views on the southern ledges. |
