The easiest way to access the trailhead parking is via Denmark road off 302. The trailhead is about .5 to 1.5 miles from the West Denmark/Denmark Rd intersection. Do not turn onto West Denmark. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail is in awesome condition. When you get towards the top of the Southwest Summit, keep a look out for yellow blazes and/or cairns. There are a lot of herd paths that look like the trail but are not. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Should be fine, nice slope. There are not any water sources on the trail so bring water. |

| Bugs: |
A few but not bad at all. |

IMO one of the best trails in the Pleasant Mountain Preserve. Challenging trail but not too difficult at the same time. The meadow near the SW Summit reminds me of Prospect Farm in Jackson, NH. Beautiful views, beautiful trail. Definitely a trail worth hiking! http://www.loonecholandtrust.org/ |
