| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
At the north end on Rte. 2, parking at the Trailhead gate would seem to block FR 8. We parked directly across the road, at the side-lot for the red colonial Antique Shop, which was open when we returned. This seems to be OK. Plenty of parking at the south end, at the gated end of Little Lary Road. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Easy rock-hop |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Many blazes but the majority faded to barely visible or less. Easy to follow anyways. Much mud but the only boot-sucking bits were short, north of the HOL. Some blowdowns, but not many or major. |

| Comments: |
Not the greatest trail, but some decent cascades and the charm of neglected obscurity.
