Comments
Comments: Thank you to the previous snowshoers for breaking trail and making a nice packed trail with no postholes. This made for an easy hike today, and with the blue bird skies, no wind, it was just fabulous. 7 mi RT, approx 4.5 hrs including a long break at the first view point, with clear views of the Presi's. Trail is easy to follow, hard packed snow, some exposed ice near summit. Steep sections but all in all an easy to moderate hike. Fresh moose tracks on the way down.
