Comments
Comments: We started early from Daicey Pond, walking the campground road and the tote road in micro spikes. The Marston trail was well packed and firm on this cold day, making for easy going. Higher up, we had to push through spruce invading the trail and some blowdown. We did not put snowshoes on until the upper coe trail junction. It was a great, calm day to be on N. brother. The walk to Fort involved a combination of the three season route, following previous tracks, and forging our own way. The firm surface conditions made for easy going. We had to push through a couple short thick sections, but found lots of great openings. Great visit to Fort. Thanks to Alex and Ozzy for a great trip to BSP.
